About Youth Grow Activity

SPARK is implementing the USAID-funded Youth Grow Activity (YGA), a five-year initiative launched

in 2023 to improve the economic outlook for Jordanian youth. YGA aims to strengthen inclusive and

opportunity-rich local systems that empower youth and promote long-term stability.

The activity focuses on increasing youth access to income-generating opportunities, enhancing youth economic, leadership, and strengthening the youth development ecosystem in Jordan.

As part of this effort, SPARK is recruiting a Youth Entrepreneurship Specialist to manage and

support youth entrepreneurship-related activities within YGA.
